Where We Deliver

• We deliver all over Pakistan, to every city and area.

Delivery Charges

• We charge a flat fee of PKR 350 for delivery, no matter where you live.

Delivery Time

• You will get your order in 3 to 5 working days after we ship it.

• This delivery time is the same for all cities.

Order Processing Time

• We prepare your order within 1 working day after you confirm it.

Courier Services

• We send parcels using TCS or Leopard Courier, depending on availability.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery with no extra charges.

Order Tracking

• After your order is shipped, you can ask us for the tracking number on WhatsApp or our social media pages.

If You Miss the Delivery

• If you're not available when the courier comes:

  • We'll try to deliver it again.

  • If you're not available the second time, you'll need to pay the delivery charges in advance before we send your order again.

Packaging

• We pack your order securely so it arrives safely.

Damaged or Lost Items

• If your parcel gets damaged or lost, we will send you a replacement or exchange.

Can I Cancel After Shipping?

• Once we ship your order, you can’t cancel it.

• Before shipping, we will call you to confirm your order to avoid any issues.
